(SHHC). This service is designed for individuals wanting to reatain their independence, but who no longer have the strenth, endurance or ability to maintain a clean and safe enviornment. Spectrum Home Health Care, Inc.'s Property Services Director, Steave Stern is trained as an Electrical Engineer and has many years experience in building, repair, plumbing, organizing property, moving furniture and other related disciplines. "All of our staff, caregivers and property staff have background checks through finger printing that is run throught the Department of Justice of the State of California, they are bonded and covered by liability insurance", says Judith Edlund, Executive Director of Spectrum Home Health Care and directly supervises the Property Services Department. Judith Edlund serves president of the Rotary Club of San Leandro and on the City of San Leandro's Agency Director's Organization. A graduate of Chabot and California State University-Hayward, she spent 31 years as a professional Girl Scout Executive and has been with Spectrum Home Health Care for nearly 4 years. Spectrum Home Health Care is a 501(c)3 corporation and tax-deductable contributions are needed to provide Financial Aide to thouse who may need a helping hand to get services.
